TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking

Bookings are on request and need to be confirmed
300€ reservation deposit per person is required to confirm the booking
Deposit is non refundable.

Final payment:

Final payment is due no less than 45 days prior to departure.

Cancellation fees:

Up to 50 days prior to the cruise commencement – loss of deposit
49 – 21 days prior to the cruise commencement – 50 %
20-0 days days prior to the cruise commencement – 100 %

Conditions & Cancellation policy for cruises:

While every effort will be made to adhere to the scheduled itinerary, we reserve the right, without prior notice, to change the routing or alter excursions should it be necessary due to bad weather conditions or anything else beyond our control.
We reserve the right, without prior notice, to change the vessel provider in case the contracted services are not according to previously agreed standards.
While all cruise departures are guaranteed, if less than 10 participants are booked, unless specifically stated otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the departure and change the ship should the need arises.
Guests are obliged to follow the ship rules and regulations found in written form onboard, especially in regards to bringing drinks on board.
In case of inappropriate behavior we reserve the right to ask clients to disembark.

Payments terms and conditions:

Payments quoted as of 01.01.2023 are in Euro. Prices include the corresponding VAT. Discounts, special offers and early bird bookings are mutually exclusive and cannot be added together and are only valid for new bookings, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payment methods:

Payment for the ordered product can be made by one of the following payment methods:
Credit cards (American Express, Visa, Master)
Internet banking
Pay by link
Paypal

Please contact us by e-mail and on request you will be provided with a pro- forma invoice with all the necessary information to make the payment.

Secure payment via the Internet is ensured by cooperation with the renowned Croatian company PayWay. PayWay is a secure system for online payment, real-time payment, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. PayWay provides the buyer and merchant with secure registration and transfer of entered card data, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that PayWay has. PayWay uses SSL certification of 256 bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection when writing and transferring data.

Payment security:

Croatia ala Carte (Knezovich Turizam) apply maximum security standards in order to protect the interests of our clients and prevent possible misuse of information.
PayWay, as the executor of authorization and payment of credit cards, handles personal data as a processor and treats personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council No. 2016/679 and the strict rules of the PCI DSS L1 regulation on protection of registration and data transmission.

Personal data used for the purpose of authorization and collection, ie in the performance of obligations under the Agreement are considered confidential data.
The personal data of the buyer that is included through the credit card authorization form and/or invoice are required for the execution of the Booking (authorization and collection):

– E-mail
– Phone
– Address
– Place
– Zip code
– Card type
– Card number
– Card expiration date
– CVV card code

PayWay does not process or use this personal data except for the purpose of executing the authorization and payment agreement. PayWay guarantees the fulfillment of all conditions determined by the valid regulations on personal data protection for the executors of personal data processing, and in particular the taking of all necessary technical, organizational and security measures, and this is especially confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.
