MOTORCYCLE TOUR SOUTH AFRICA ITINERARY
Day 1: CAPE TOWN
Arrive in Cape Town where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Free time to unwind. This evening, visit the Cape Town V&A Waterfront for a Welcome Dinner and unforgetable experience. Overnight in Cape Town
Day 2: CAPE TOWN
After breakfast, collect your motorbike and, after a short introduction, explore the regions around Cape Town including Sea Point; Green Point; Llandudno to Hout Bay. Ride the famous Chapman’s Peak drive, visit Simon’s Town and take an optional excursion to Boulder’s Beach to the penguin colony. Overnight in Cape Town
Day 3: CAPE TOWN
Free day today. Take the cable car to the top of Table Mountain; visit District Six; Cape Town Castle, shop til you drop or just relax on the beach. Overnight in Cape Town
Day 4: CAPE TOWN
Ride up the west coast of South Africa to the picturesque fishing town of Paternoster. Take time to spot the whales on the way. On the way back, stop in Langebaan for lunch. Overnight in Cape Town.
Day 5: MONTAGU
Early start this morning as we head towards Montagu starting with DuToitskloof pass and Bloubanke pass to Robertson and McGregor, then Strykhoog and Bonnievale ss to Montagu. Overnight in Montagu.
Day 6: OUDTSHOORN
Today, we travel through Ladismith and Calitzdorp to Oudtshoorn. This afternoon, visit the Ostrich farm. Overnight in Oudtshoorn
Day 7: OUDTSHOORN
Enjoy optional excursions today visiting the Ostrich farm where you can ride an ostrich, visit the safari farm and play with the cheetahs. Overnight in Oudtshoorn
Day 8: PRINCE ALBERT
Spectacular ride through Die Hel today. Return to Prince Albert for the night.
Day 9: PAARL
Head back towards Cape Town today, travelling through Matjiesfontein and the Matroosberg Mountains to Paarl. Overnight in Paarl
Day 10: CAPE TOWN
After breakfast, continue to Cape Town, travelling along the coastal road through Kleinmond; Betty’s Bay and Gordon’t Bay. Hand back your motorcycle before being transferred to your hotel.
Day 11: CAPE TOWN
Free time today to do some last minute shopping, relax and enjoy this beautiful city.
Day 12: DEPARTURE
After a leisurely breakfast, check-out of your hotel and transfer to the airport in time for your flight home.
