SUGGESTED ITINERARY

DAY 1: ZAGREB

Arrive at Zagreb airport where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. This afternoon, enjoy a guided tour of Zagreb.

DAY 2: ZAGREB – OPATIJA

After breakfast, depart for Opatija. Visit the hilltop towns of Groznjan and Motovun along the way.

DAY 3: OPATIJA – ROVINJ

Take a drive to the beautiful town of Rovinj today.

DAY 4: OPATIJA – PLITVICE LAKES NATIONAL PARK

After a relaxing morning, travel through the Lika region to Plitvice Lakes National Park

DAY 5: PLITVICE LAKES NATIONAL PARK

Travel to Plitvice Lakes National Park. Spend the day enjoying the park.

Day 6: PLITVICE LAKES NATIONAL PARK – ZADAR

After breakfast, continue on to Zadar. This afternoon, visit the sea organs, the Roman Forum;

St Donat cathedral and spend some time enjoying the town.

DAY 7: ZADAR – TROGIR – KASTELA

Leave Zadar after breakfast and head towards Kastela, stopping in Šibenik and Trogir along the way.

DAY 8: SPLIT

Enjoy a guided tour of the city of Split this morning. This afternoon, wander through the ancient streets and explore the markets. Split is a monument city under UNESCO protection. Here we find an abundance of Roman architecture – of special interest is Diocletian’s palace.

DAY 9: KASTELA

Time to relax today. Spend the day enjoying the Kastela region or take an optional day excursion to one of the nearby islands

DAY 10: KORČULA

Take the ferry to the island of Korcula today. Spend the afternoon exploring the home of Marco Polo

DAY 11: KORCULA – DUBROVNIK

Continue on the Dubrovnik today. This afternoon, you can anjoy a guided tour of the old city of Dubrovnik.

DAY 12: DUBROVNIK

Last day to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of this Jewel of the Adriatic.

DAY 13: DEPARTURE

Transfer to the airport in time for your flight home
